The Partnership Loyalty Team is a distributed workforce dedicated to providing the best possible service to the customers of Infinity Sports and Entertainment. We are a digital marketing firm, specializing in minor league sports and event venues in the United States and our clients are primarily the marketing department of a sports team or the sales department of a venue.
PL Specialists are expected to work a 40 hour week on a preset schedule responding to customer requests via email, phone, and instant messenger. Paid training provided in Infinity procedures and systems.
Basic understanding of HTML, web design, or content management software is preferred, and fluent English is required.
The PL Specialist is expected to have access to the necessary computer and internet connection to perform the job and be able to respond to electronic communication promptly. As this is a distributed workforce position, experience in working without direct supervision is preferred.
