Partner Loyalty Team Member

The Partner Loyalty Team is a distributed workforce dedicated to providing the best possible service to the partner-clients of Infinity Sports and Entertainment.  Currently, we are recruiting team members throughout South Africa.  Team members will work remotely from the location of their choosing, but connect with other team members in South African and the United States via video conferencing and instant messaging.

Partner Loyalty Specialists are expected to work a 40 hour week on a preset schedule responding to customer requests via email, phone, and instant messenger.  Basic understanding of HTML, web design, or content management software is preferred (but not required) as this is a technical support position.  Basic training is provided for Infinity procedures and systems, but much of the learning will be on the job training.
